These general conditions of sale apply in their entirety to all sales and services provided by Amortisseurs VIAROUGE.
By validating his order, the customer declares that he accepts without reservation the terms of the said order as well as all of these general conditions of sale.
The seller reserves the right to modify these at any time by publishing a new version on its website: www.amortisseurs-viarouge.com
The general conditions of sale then applicable are those in force on the date of payment of the order.
Price
The prices of our products can be consulted on our various catalog supports, website, in store, by email or telephone. They are indicated in euros excluding taxes or all taxes included. For our services they are provided by estimate only. Shipping costs are not included, please contact us for prices.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and / or DOM / TOM (or in the EU for a professional), the price is calculated excluding tax automatically. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These fees and amounts will be the responsibility of the buyer and are their responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities).

We reserve ownership of materials and supplies until full payment of the price by the buyer. Our retention of title covers both the goods and their prices if they have already been resold.
Only the Court of Rodez on which our head office depends will be competent.
In accordance with art. L441-6 of the Commercial Code, compensation of € 40 and late payment interest at the legal rates are applicable for any default in payment after exceeding the payment deadline indicated on the invoice.
Delivery
Les produits sont livrés à l’adresse de livraison qui a été indiquée lors de la commande.
Dès l’expédition un mail ou un sms vous informeront des numéros de suivi de votre colis.
A la réception, le destinataire vérifiera la marchandise. En cas d’avarie des réserves auprès des livreurs seront à faire immédiatement.
Guarantee and return of goods
All our Competition parts or for competition use are not subject to any warranty.
All returns must be made with our agreement, the goods will be in their complete condition, neither damaged nor dirty. The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The warranty is limited to reimbursement or exchange of parts recognized as defective, to the exclusion of any other compensation.
